We pride ourselves at Deacons Florist with our friendly service and our attention to detail. This includes the delivery of our gifts. Please read our delivery terms carefully as this forms part of our contract with you.

We will make every attempt to deliver the gifts you ordered to the address specified. We are able to check the postcode on our software so normally there will be no errors in the delivery process. Occassionally errors are made in the ordering system so we may need to contact you to enquire about a delivery. We will make three attempts to do this. Please enter a contact number we can contact you on so that a delivery can be made efectively. If the goods have to be delivered to a separate address, another charge may be made.

All same day deliveries will be attempted as long as the order is made before 2 pm

A sameday order may be cancelled up to 1 hour after order time and no charge will be made. Orders cancelled after 1 hour after order placed may be subect to a charge.

If the delivery has been made, the whole order must be paid for in full.

Flowers are a wonderful example of beauty. Unfortunately they have a relatively short life after picking and arranging. We issue flower food with all our flower deliveries. In the rare occourance of our flowers being of poor quality of perishing within 24 hours of delivery, we can refund your order in full. We cannot, however refund anything past this date as different atmosphere and climate changes in rooms can affect the flowers. We appreciate your understanding in this aspect but be reasurred that once delivered, your flowers should be looking great for at least a week.

We can deliver a replacement gift if at fault withnin 1 day. This delivery will be made free of charge. Any replacement gifts delivered after the 1 day will be subject to the delivery charges on the delivery map
