I have ordered my gifts and I do not know where they are? |

We will make all our deliveries on the date specified by our customers. If you have not received the orders by 4.30 pm on the day you requested, we ask that you phone the office with the information. We will endeavour to locate our delivery vehicle and find out how long your delivery will take. |
| How will I know if I have been charged for my gifts? |

The amount will be withdawn and it will be alongside the name 'DEACONS' in your statement |
| What happens if I am disappointed ? |

In the rare event of a fault in our goods we will endeavour to replace within a specified time limit on our delivery policy. We are proud to operate a 'No quibble guarantee' In line with this we will collect all faulty goods when we replace the faulty ones. In the first instance, please phone to discuss this |
